We like to keep it simple & impactful for Realtors. We offer 3 Core Classes monthly, 3 Workshops seasonally, and a handful of elective CE hours. We provide training to maintain your license and succeed in this business.

We offer 90-minute Core classes that teach Realtors about homes, how to prepare them, and how to better represent their listings & themselves. These are offered regularly and a great place for an agent to jump in.

The compilation of our 3 workshops provide a "finishing school' for real estate agents to offer a higher level of service. These are live online events that meet 4-hours once a day for 3-days. This is where we dig deep to integrate the teachings and level up your results!

Elective continuing education classes that any Realtor can benefit from and TX agents can receive credit for. We offer 22 hours that explore our core topics + niche subjects for timely challenges. We host one class a month and occasionally we offer a CE Bundle.

CORE 1: Architecture
This 90-minute core class studies architectural elements and traditional styles to define today’s residential architecture. You can expect to expand your vocabulary and increase your confidence as an agent when speaking about your product.

Do you enjoy the subject and want to dive deeper? The 3-Day online workshop, HOME-101 is in a similar vein and expands your knowledge of architecture. You can also register for the next 3 hr. CE Architecture class to further your development.
CORE 2: Home Staging
This 90-minute core class teaches home staging practices to help agents elevate their level of service and the presentation of their listings.

Do you want to dive deeper? The 3-Day MAKE-READY workshop is in a similar vein and expands your ability to manage the full home preparation process. You can also register for the next 2 Hr. CE Home Staging Essentials class to further your development.
CORE 3: Listing Language
This 90-minute core class teaches agents how to better describe a listing and how to construct more compelling listing descriptions. You'll receive templates for writing descriptions and showing homes that integrate your elevated listing language.

The PERFORMANCE Workshop will improve your real estate listing language in showings, in your descriptions, and in your online marketing. It will help you move through listing presentations and home showings with more intention and sophistication, and it will simplify the expression of your make-ready and pricing strategies.
We also explore your communication in a more personal way to uncover an authentic message of purpose that resonates with you and your ideal clients. This is your WHY.

We explore architecture, building materials, and trends in construction + how to integrate this knowledge into your listing descriptions & home tours.
